Packaging & Documentation 

All original packaging—including presentation boxes, pouches, accessories, warranty cards, and accompanying documents—must be included for the return to be accepted.

Inspection & Approval 

Each returned item will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our specialists. Only items meeting the above criteria will be approved for refund or merchandise credit. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these standards.
